Carlos serves as the Head of Integration at Formula.Monks.
With more than fifteen years of experience, Carlos is an authority in hands-on team building and staff support. He dedicated much of his illustrious career to the strategic growth of our merging partner, Zemoga. He joined the tech agency as the Vice President of Operations in 2008, ascending to the position of Chief Operating Officer in 2017. Carlos’s contributions to the firm’s operations led to its upward trajectory within the tech vertical, ultimately solidifying Zemoga as a premier international tech consulting agency.
An invaluable member of our executive team, Carlos’s expertise provided key insights in developing our remote-first operational approach. He played a substantial role in building the collaborative culture at Zemoga, a cornerstone of its success, and thus charted the course for Formula.Monks to follow in its legacy partner’s footsteps.
Beyond his accomplishments at Zemoga, Carlos possesses a robust background in engineering. He is an alumnus of Universidad del Norte and Florida International University, where he earned degrees in Industrial Engineering and Systems Engineering, respectively. This educational foundation, coupled with his profound understanding of the tech consulting domain, positions Carlos as an essential partner for Formula.Monks.
