Will Jessup

Will serves as the Chief Transformation Officer for Formula.Monks.

Over the course of his career, Will has founded three companies and generated more than $200M in revenue through his entrepreneurial endeavors. He is passionate about building functional enterprises that deliver innovation and data-driven solutions on a global scale. Will was an early internet creator, founding and operating a video game magazine in college that grew to a staff of 15 in just two years. 

After earning a degree in physics, he forewent established corporate tenure and dove straight into the world of tech startups. Shortly after founding an early social platform, he saw a need for tech teams that could innovate at scale—quickly. He founded TheoremOne in 2007 and remained on its executive board through its 2022 acquisition by S4Capital and Media.Monks. He now oversees Formula.Monks’ continuous growth and transformation efforts, ensuring that our organization remains at the front lines of the latest in tech innovation. His professional ethos encompasses a people-centric approach oriented around talent, performance, and passion. In addition to his success as a tech entrepreneur, Will also serves his professional community through coaching and mentorship.
