Built the cloud leader a new Database-as-a-System service and fully remote team to operate it.
We designed & built the leading cloud service provider Couchbase a new fully managed and autonomous high-performance database-as-a-service (DBaaS) across multi-cloud environments. This included the creation of their first in-house Application Development team, a fully remote unit we installed through hiring, training, and organizational change management.

Hired a geographically distributed remote team to balance expertise and costs
Establish an independent DevOps team of badged resources to develop, maintain, and operate DBaaS
