Mission Health wanted to make it easier for hospital employees to select and register for health benefits. Working closely with Mission Health IT and HR, we created a platform on top of their legacy back-end that enabled benefit selection from any device or location for over 10,000 employees. The app serves as the foundation to deliver more features and value to their employees going forward. “It’s amazing,” says Jon Brown, CIO of Mission Health hospitals, “we are setting the stage for this to be the employee app of the future.”
